Our classes offer a complete system to raise your frequency for self-healing/self-management and boost your potential for healing others. Our fortnightly classes offer a space where spiritual seekers, healers, and those new to the path can explore the deeper layers of energetic vitality, shamanic healing, and intuitive wisdom.
We begin with the Ice Keys—the essential moving meditation that forms the foundation of the Ljós Megin system. The Ice Keys establish a clear framework for working with energy and spirit.
From there, we take you into the practices of Megin Kraft (the cultivation of life-force and inner strength), Seidr (the ancestral art of shamanism), and Ljós Megin Herb Lore.
