Our classes offer a complete system to raise your frequency for self-healing/self-management and boost your potential for healing others. Our fortnightly classes offer a space where spiritual seekers, healers, and those new to the path can explore the deeper layers of energetic vitality, shamanic healing, and intuitive wisdom.

We begin with rúnar vefa - the essential moving meditation that forms the foundation of the Ljós Megin system. Rúnar vefa establish a clear framework for working with energy and spirit.

From there, we take you into the practices of Megin Kraft (the cultivation of life-force and inner strength), Seidr (the ancestral art of shamanism), and Ljós Megin Herb Lore (Urtalækning).

These classes are designed to help you:

• Build and strengthen your Megin—your personal energetic vitality

• Develop spiritual insight and intuitive connection

• Gain clarity and confidence on your life path and soul's calling

• Achieve the requirements for the  Ljós Megin Healer course.

Most classes will end with a drum sound bath.
